Owning Mills dealership really takes care of their customers, they add a personal touch to their service. Mr.Elliot Bourne is top notch, he took really good care of me and my husband right down to eve customers, they add a personal touch to their service. Mr.Elliot Bourne is top notch, he took really good care of me and my husband right down to every detail. He was so knowledgeable and so professional. He took his time and explained how everything works from the car to the paperwork. He also made sure we were greeted and picked up at the airport by the sweetest employee Phaeng Taweepuntsant. Ms. King in the finance department really knew her job, very classy and very meticulous. Everyone should experience the Mercedes experience with all 3 of them! More

This is my third time buying from this dealership in the last two years thanks to the superb customer service from Elliott Bourne and Kolo, finance manager. Once you establish a relationship with Elliott, he will make sure you are pleased with your purchase . Most of the negotiations were done before I reached the dealership which I find to be the best part about Mile One! Elliott is very good about following up after the sale to make sure everything is satisfactory. While I absolutely love my G 550 and it was made exactly to my specifications , I look forward to returning to work with Elliott to upgrade to a G63 AMG in the near future. More
