Manny's approach of trying to find out more about my needs was a refreshing change from some previous experiences I have had. It was easy to see that he studied the product line, understood what the auto press was saying about the cars, and had personal experience with each of the models. He went above and beyond - pulling different cars for me to drive and seeking examples of various colors and packages for me to see in person. He was more wingman than salesman which is one of the biggest reasons why I ultimately decided to purchase. Thank you! More

Everything about my car buying experience was fantastic! This was the 3rd time I had gone through the car buying process at a dealership and it was by far the best! First and foremost, I got a great deal This was the 3rd time I had gone through the car buying process at a dealership and it was by far the best! First and foremost, I got a great deal on a beautiful 2018 CX5. I just love it and wish I had bought it sooner. They gave me a nice deal on my trade-in, even though it was an older car with fairly high mileage. The whole process went pretty fast. I talked to Joe over the phone a few times, and he told me about the Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, how the warranty worked, and answered some of my miscellaneous questions. He also let me know when a few 2018s had come in with the criteria I was looking for. I went in that weekend, and worked with Manny since Joe was out of town. I took two different cars out for a test drive and asked a bunch of questions. Manny answered them all like a champ. I picked the one I liked, and then went through the sales process. They gave me a great rate on the financing (and even the financing process was fast), washed the car for me, and off I went! Both Joe and Manny are super cool guys and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I loved working with them throughout the process. I will definitely come back here next time I need another car! More
