Worst car buying experience ever in over 50 plus years of purchasing vehicles. I have left 3 messages on Mark Venti's the General Managers voice mail and he has yet to return any of my phone calls since I to purchasing vehicles. I have left 3 messages on Mark Venti's the General Managers voice mail and he has yet to return any of my phone calls since I took delivery of a 2023 Macan. The vehicle was delivered 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone from the dealership! Prior to delivery I was told by finance manager Chris Velez they could not deliver vehicle they needed a wet signature on premise, I told him rhat I was going to hold off on the purchase and the next day I received a call from another finance person, Emerson who said they could deliver the vehicle. More

The consistency of being able to deal with the same people over the past 8 years has been unreal.
