He was friendly, considerate, and informative throughout the process. Emerson Knauss handled the financial paperwork; he gave clear explanations about what I was signing and was very amiable. Greg Jordan, the sales manager, checked in with me a couple days after I went in the first time to see how my experience was, which was appreciated. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I entered and even remembered me when I returned four days later - she was very pleasant. The facility was clean and inviting, with refreshments, if needed, and the background music was not distracting, at all. An all-around professional environment. Highly recommend! More

Picked up a cpo GT4, traded in my 991.2 carrera T and overall good communication. I was treated very well at Porsche Hennessy and dealing with Scott. Picked up a cpo GT4, traded in my 991.2 carrera T and expressed interest in a new 992 T. Scott is very knowledgeable, proactive and easy to deal with. Worst car buying experience ever in over 50 plus years of purchasing vehicles. I have left 3 messages on Mark Venti's the General Managers voice mail and he has yet to return any of my phone calls since I to purchasing vehicles. The vehicle was delivered 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone from the dealership! Prior to delivery I was told by finance manager Chris Velez they could not deliver vehicle they needed a wet signature on premise, I told him rhat I was going to hold off on the purchase and the next day I received a call from another finance person, Emerson who said they could deliver the vehicle. More

His honesty has meant that I’ve never been surprised, and I have always felt zero pressure to buy. My next car will definitely be from Abraham and Hennessy. On the service side Joel Hughes has always been available to answer my questions, and responds right away when timing or availability in service comes up. The consistency of being able to deal with the same people over the past 8 years has been unreal. I would recommend anyone who wants a great experience to come to this dealership and work with Abraham. More
