Emil Torres was great to work with. He went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. When we arrived we discovered the car we came for had someone in the process of buying it. We l He went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. When we arrived we discovered the car we came for had someone in the process of buying it. We looked at and drove some other cars, but really had our heart set on the one that was already being sold. We were just about ready to head home and he decided to check on the status of the sale on the car we wanted and discovered the deal hadn’t gone through. We drove the car and made the deal. We also got a fair price for our 21yr old trade in. Larry in the finance Department was also very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Just a Great overall experience with Emil and everyone at Toyota of Naperville. More
