I was in the dealership for a quick oil change earlier this week. My wife asked me to check if the used RAV4 hybrid is still available. We’ve been in the market for an additional ride. So I walked around this week. My wife asked me to check if the used RAV4 hybrid is still available. We’ve been in the market for an additional ride. So I walked around and I ran into Emil, very friendly guy who not only showed me the car but let me take it for a spin. When we got back, he showed me the paperworks along with some new 2025 models that are scheduled for delivery. I told him I was interested on a couple of the new ones. We exchanged information and he told me he will get back to me. He did and I sent a deposit to hold the car I wanted. A couple of days later I asked him to pick me up from my home so we can close the deal and he picked me and my family personally. To me that is going above and beyond. At the dealership, we settled on the loan amount and we closed the deal. Emil has been really helpful and trustworthy. After Emil, we spent some time with Karl who works in finance. He also made us feel we made the right decision buying the car from Toyota. He provided us some options to fit our budget. We were so thankful to meet and deal with good people.
