First off, my scenario is that I had no trade in and I had my own check (cash buyer, no financing through dealership). Even though Emil Torres (salesman) was very busy, he told me that I can take my ti had my own check (cash buyer, no financing through dealership). Emil was courteous, respectful, and didn't talk over me with each interaction. This was from first email contact on stock availability and price negotiation to phone calls and text messages on questions I had. He was transparent on pricing and played no games. Toyota of Naperville also has NO DEALER ADD-ONS, a HUGE PLUS. Finance manager, Luke Nurzhan, was respectful and not very pushy. He gave his sales pitch on extended warranties, and did push a bit, but didn't pressure and disrespect me like other dealerships in the past. Another PLUS for this dealership. Zach Segreti (GSM) was nice, friendly, and cordial. He didn't give me the whole discount I was looking for but did give me something to close the deal. He also helped clear a roadblock in their car buying process. Thanks, Zach. Overall, I would definitely recommend buying a new vehicle at this dealership. More
