What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Emilio Parrales, the delivery specialist. Emilio went above and beyond during the delivery process, taking the time to thoroughly explain every feature of the vehicle and making sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving the dealership. His patience, attention to detail, and enthusiasm were truly outstanding. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable.
