The only negative thing I have to say about it is when I dropped my car off, and I was getting a free loaner, Emily said I would have to wait less than 10 minutes for them to pull the rental car up (I had a dropped my car off, and I was getting a free loaner, Emily said I would have to wait less than 10 minutes for them to pull the rental car up (I had already filled out all the paperwork online).. Apparently she forgot me because 45 minutes later I went up to the desk to ask where my car was. At that point, she went and got it for me. I have, however, had great experiences in the past. She was very apologetic and nice to me though. More
