Usually I’m in and out under an hour when I make my appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after having a scheduled appointment was disappointing. Daytona Toyota has been my dealer of choice for over 15 years. Both sales and service do an excellent job. They are always professional, courteous and willing to help. I can’t express enough about how great Daytona Toyota service and the incredible reliability and beauty of our Highlander with almost 250,000 miles when he passed away. 2 years ago. I sold it and recent service and the incredible reliability and beauty of our Highlander with almost 250,000 miles when he passed away. 2 years ago. I sold it and recently asked the new owners how it is doing. They are amazed not any problems. I have my 2013 Camry hybrid that still looks brand new and runs like it is brand new.with no past problem. Again the service provided is excellent. I appreciate my service agent Emily who takes such good care of me and my Toyota.. I recently bought new tires Emily recommended making the ride even better and safer. In the past we had other cars that had so many breakdowns and repairs that I know the difference of having Daytona Toyota and Toyota vehicles!!! So grateful that we walked in many years and brought a Toyota from this dealership. More
