I wanted an oil change. I would’ve had to pay $100. since I didn’t have 10,000 miles since the last one. Carmax said I was overdue for one. Instead they rotated the tires and topped off fluids.I was promised free lifetime oil changes when I bought the vehicle less than a year ago at Daytona Toyota. I also had a horrible experience in October . The service advisor lied and said the rattling in rear was only my license plate frame( which it wasn’t ) then tried to charge almost $200. for taking it off.. I do not trust this dealership. If they are doing this to someone with a new car that was purchased there, what are they doing to other customers? More
