I didn’t want to buy it the first place. This dealership sold me a LoJack for my vehicle that I never wanted, never installed properly, never worked till I sold my car and they refused to refund!!!. I went to store for five times. Nobody deals with my problem. Same word at every time. I never got a pin code until I sold the car. And Max said: we can't refund you anyway. Even if you did not sell the car, we will just have to keep trying to fix it. But, Why should I trust a company that hasn't fixed it for me for 2 months?I don't understand why I can't get a refund because I didn't get a day from start to finish. If I had been serviced and I sold the car I wouldn't have asked for a refund, but I never got pin code. I paid Kia but I didn't get the service. They should be responsible. This is a really bad experience. More

I knew exactly what I wanted, I called ahead and Nate pretty much had the vehicle ready when I got there. I met Manny to talk about the price and they didn’t haggle me, they both made the experience plea pretty much had the vehicle ready when I got there. I met Manny to talk about the price and they didn’t haggle me, they both made the experience pleasant and we were able to make the deal, sign the paperwork in just under 2 hours which is THE most important aspect of my experience. Mark Kia was very professional and accommodating, my mother referred me to this particular dealership because of how well she was taken care of with the last 2 vehicles she purchased. I definitely would refer them to anyone in the market of a vehicle, even if it’s not a Kia they had a wide variety of used vehicles to choose from. More
