The waiting area was comfortable with free popcorn & coffee of which I had some while waiting. The service representative was friendly upon my arrival, but never offered anything in the way of an update during the long wait. The actual work done was fine insofar as I can determine. So, on the whole I was satisfied, but not overly impressed either.
