Royal Moore Subaru is the dealer with whom I’ve been working since 2017. The three Subarus we have purchased, 2 Outback’s and our new Forrester, have all been great vehicles, and just right for our fami working since 2017. The ‘Encore’ feature of aftercare is a stroke of genius, in my opinion. Returning to the dealership two weeks or so after purchase allows the customer to get any new questions resolved, and to learn about features they might have overlooked. Emmylea, the ‘Encore’ specialist, made the meeting easy, and the trip back to the lot worthwhile. She is a subject matter expert, for sure, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Our compliments to Subaru, and especially Emmylea, on creating customers for life. More

I initially went in for service on my 2019 Forester. I mentioned that I had been receiving emails to upgrade to a newer version. I was referred to Francisco to discuss trading up. He was fairly new so a I mentioned that I had been receiving emails to upgrade to a newer version. I was referred to Francisco to discuss trading up. He was fairly new so any questions he couldn't answer he found someone who could. The reps evaluated my 2019 and made an offer and we discussed the new car options and finally decided on the new 2022 Forester premium and put an order in for in May. I received the car in August. Francisco called, he went over everything with us. We had my granddaughter with us during the whole process and he was very good with her while we were waiting on paper work the manager had to finish. It was a very good transaction with Francisco as well as Emmylea on my visit with her. She went over everything in the car. Thank you to you both!!! More
