Only reason for the 4, is the quality of product offered for the ceramic coating is subpar at best but made out to seem like a great deal. Our salesman, Bob, was great. Very patient and got us in and out for the ceramic coating is subpar at best but made out to seem like a great deal. Our salesman, Bob, was great. Very patient and got us in and out at our pace. Another salesman, Mike, who didn’t even sell us the car went above and beyond for my kids. My youngest fell and scraped her knees while I was test driving the car I purchased. He gave her a pink toy car to help ease and distract from the pain. I had two other kids and when I returned the next day for my ceramic coating, he gave me two more toy cars for my other children since he didn’t have any more the day before and felt bad that they didn’t get one. The extra mile the staff took to make sure we felt appreciated for our business and not just another customer is why I would be a returning customer and recommend this dealership. More
