I need a contact. Ive emailed rich and left him a voicemail. The used car sales manager said because they had to replace my battery the day after i bought there was no help for me with the tires because they lost $140. My car wasnt inspected as it should have been before my purchase.
James did a great job taking us through the buying

From the moment we first stepped in the door we were met with respect and consideration for what we were looking for even though we weren't there to buy a Cadillac. Working through the buying and finishing up the final paperwork, they continued to be professionally patient.
But, the real example of the quality of full service was shown after the sale. Any dealership can sell a car, but everyone employed by Sullivan, sell themselves. They not only do their individual jobs well, but they won't stop until you are beyond satisfied. They not only recognize your number but, they know you by your name. You are valued by each of them.
