To add to the great experience we had, we were greeted and assisted by the GM, Chad Harrison. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with the car we chose and to know if he could do anything else for us. At the end of the process of buying the car (which was very efficient and quick), the F&I manager, Bonnie was great. She did not pressure us into anything but wanted to give us options on maintenance plans. Overall, I would give our experience an A+.
