Eric was great! He made it fun purchasing my new 2022 Forester Wilderness. He was very patient answering my endless questions. Once all the paperwork was complete, E He made it fun purchasing my new 2022 Forester Wilderness. He was very patient answering my endless questions. Once all the paperwork was complete, Eric even asked me to set up a follow-up appointment so he could go over all the features on the car a second time. It would have been serious overload to try to take it all in on the day I finalized the sale. I really appreciated his willingness to put in extra time to help me with my new Forester Wilderness. I'd highly recommend Eric to anyone interested in buying a Subaru from City Side. He's a good listener and took all my concerns in to consideration. Another great example of Eric's professionalism and concern for his clients - on my recommendation - my youngest sister also decided to purchase a 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness, at the same time I did, just in a different color. The salesman was very pushy and made me kind of uncomfortable. I understand wanting to sell a car, but I was clearly confused by the process and didn’t feel like I was explained a whole lot.
