Eric was amazing from day 1. As I’m not from the US, this was my first time getting a car and he was amazing through the whole process, by email, phone and in person. Same with Tom at financing. My experience at this dealership was the best I have ever had. Eric Burd was a pleasure to work with and made this leasing experience actually pleasant! Most women will relate to the condescending treatment typically experienced at other dealerships when buying or leasing a car. It is never a fun experience. This was definitely not the case at CitySide Belmont! My new 2021 Outback is a great car at a good price. Michael Nelson in the Finance Dept. was also great. More
