Eric was our man and he was exceptional. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I am very sensitive to the "salesman," in that I am immediately turned off by and distrustful of someone trying to sell me something. Eric is not that guy. You are already making the right choice by going with Subaru, with its reputation for safety and affordability, and you will make your own car-buying experience even easier and better by choosing Eric Burd at Cityside Subaru. I can't speak much to an experience of car-buying from scratch: we came to Cityside knowing exactly what we wanted and knew we were going to purchase from this dealer (time was an issue). We did our test driving and research before ever setting foot in Cityside. However, everyone there was friendly (but not overly so, you know?) and Eric and management worked with us to get the price we wanted. Eric can shoot the breeze, match you with wit and jokes, all while being very well-informed about the product he is selling (trust me, I had met with salesmen whom I had to inform of certain features on their products!). Entering into negotiations are never comfortable for either side, but Eric did not make us feel bad about the whole ordeal. He was very upfront about all the uncomfortable things. Buying a car is a stressful process. Nobody is denying that! Eric made it go smoothly and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Seriously. Buy a Subaru and buy from Cityside! More

Eric was patient, caring, compassionate, helpful with me I couldn't have asked for a more delightful experience in purchasing my new Subaru Legacy. Eric Burd was extremely patient, honest, transparent, and I couldn't have asked for a more delightful experience in purchasing my new Subaru Legacy. Eric Burd was extremely patient, honest, transparent, and compassionate. I test drove a few different models and have specific needs so getting the right car takes longer than usual perhaps. But each time I wasn't sure or was still thinking, Eric said "I'm here so if you have questions, you can call me or stop by." I never felt pressured to purchase the car. Always felt like a member of the family as Eric explained different features, allowed my kids to come and test drive various models, my husband, etc. He was patient and thorough. We are thrilled with our Subaru Legacy. The visibility is incredible, its super comfortable, and love the classic Subaru roar of the engine. Even though I bet my son would have wanted the WRX. I look forward to working with Eric through the learning process as I get comfortable with the features and the technology. He may have to remind me a few times how to do things, but given how patient he was during the purchase process, I know I'm in good hands as I get more familiar and comfortable with the tech. My kids even look forward to learning from him, which brings me joy. He's patient, friendly, and encouraging. Thank you Eric! More
