This was an extroardinarily positive experience. I can't put into words how good, honest, and easy going this dealership is, especially Eric Burd, and Tom Chausee. I began my conversations with Tom, I can't put into words how good, honest, and easy going this dealership is, especially Eric Burd, and Tom Chausee. I began my conversations with Tom, but due to some scheduling issues, Eric took over. It was a wonderful experience, which is not what I was expected at all. To be honest, I walked into the dealership expecting a negative experience, the hard sell, and so on. But these guys are totally honest and understanding, and everything went better than my highest expectations. I should also point out that Flavio Fonseca helped me on one occasion, setting me up with a test drive. Though Eric Burd was the primary salesman, the dealership obviously works as a team, and I credit them all for that. More
