YOU NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS TO BE ABLE TO READ THOSE TINY PRINTS. UNLIKE WHEN I USED TO BRING MY OLD CAR TO PEP BOYS They explain to me what was done What were their findings What are the recommendations Documents can easily be read & understood. More

They do decent work, but I'm still not to happy about schedule service. For example I believe if I have an appointment for 2:PM you would think I can wait for maybe two hours not four. If they can't start working on my car at the schedule time, why do I even bother setting up an appointment. They tell my we have a lot of cars to work on so we can't get to yours until later, I think you guys just over book. More
