Longo Toyota as usual exceeded my expectations. Going in with an appointment for tinting my front two windows, Longo & Eric took care of me. Eric even bought me a caramel macchiato from the Starbucks inside with an appointment for tinting my front two windows, Longo & Eric took care of me. Eric even bought me a caramel macchiato from the Starbucks inside; even when I didn’t ask for one. Longo also gave me a future voucher for a free tall coffee from Starbucks because they were apologetic for not being able to wash my car due to the water drought in California. I chose the ceramic tint & it came out flawless. Eric Cheng my service advisor squeezed me in on a last minute appointment a couple days ago, because of my upcoming busy work schedule. As usual excellent service, great expectations, wonderful communication with a smile on his face. My previous car was also tinted at Longo & since they did a great job, I came back again to tint my windows. My go to dealership for service, sales, & parts. My salesperson Heecher Yoon is also fantastic if you are looking for a new Toyota. He is very straight forward & cuts to the chase. Purchased my previous & current car from him & I will definitely come back for future cars to purchase from Heecher. With 23 years in the car business & 18 years at Longo Toyota, you won’t find a more experienced, qualified sales consultant to deal with. Since he can quote you directly without going to his manager for the numbers, you eliminate the back & forth just to get a price. My deal took 45 minutes to complete & that is only because finance was a little busy. Thank You again Longo Toyota, Eric, & Heecher. More

Longo gives great service. All the staff are Longo gives great service. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. When you have an appointment, they see you right away and I have Longo gives great service. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. When you have an appointment, they see you right away and I have always received my car back in less than the estimated time. The lounge/waiting area is very comfortable, with a Starbucks, a Subway and a car gadgets shop inside, plus free Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets with USB ports, to charge up your devices. Plus, there are plenty of tables outside, for your social distancing comfort. More

I have always received great service from my service advisor Eric Cheng. He gets me in & out in an hour or an hour & a half. The expectations are clear, precise & he communicates very well. I have always serviced my cars at Longo Toyota, for the simple fact they are precise, communciate very well & do a great job on my Toyota vehicles. Never have I had any issues driving the numerous Toyo simple fact they are precise, communciate very well & do a great job on my Toyota vehicles. I come here because I trust them & I could easily go to Toyota dealers closer to my house in Glendale, but I rather drive down here for the great service they provide. Always late and I feel leak of honesty Everything time I come here I have to wait at least 7 hrs or my car have to spend night or two. I came here because I told them many time before I have oil leaking and because here nobody listens to you always say your car is good just want to change very expensive stuff. One time he told me you the to change the filters of the car and I say No, not today because I already will pay a lot, when I went to pay I found they put the filters prices and asked me to pay them. I said no I won't change them today, and the cashier called and said oh sorry they don't change them but in same time they did not take them off the paperwork, seriously. Today I really have oil leaking and I came here with appointment 1:30 am he told me maybe you have to leave your care for tomorrow, any way not before 3 pm to give you any answer. From 10:30am to 3 pm to just know what is oil leak or not. More
