Everyone who works at Toyota of Des Moines is congenial and helpful. Just recently, when I incorrectly went to the parts dept. counter to pickup my car after being serviced, the helpful gentleman working t and helpful. Just recently, when I incorrectly went to the parts dept. counter to pickup my car after being serviced, the helpful gentleman working took me to the correct place and introduced me to who would be helping me that day. The simple act of taking me to the correct place, rather than telling me where to go, made all the difference in my experience that day at Toyota of Des Moines. More
