I can't say enough about the positive experience I had buying a car from Toyota of Braintree. Carlos Alvarez (sales), Eric Francke (internet sales), Sunny Ahuja (finance) and Greg Tufankjian (owner) were buying a car from Toyota of Braintree. Carlos Alvarez (sales), Eric Francke (internet sales), Sunny Ahuja (finance) and Greg Tufankjian (owner) were kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. There was no pressure and no stress. I would send anyone with car needs to Toyota of Braintree without hesitation. I would take anyone with car needs there myself in my new pre-owned vehicle! Also: fancy key chains. :) More

I rarely leave reviews and almost never leave good reviews. In fact I assume every 5 star review I read for a car dealership is written by a bot or paid for. I am not a bot! And received nothing extra for writing this review. This was the least painful/frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t add any “market adjustment” to the price of the car despite every other dealership in a 50 mile radius of my house admitting they do add an additional fee due to the scarcity in the car I was looking for. They did, however, change the price I was paying for the car in the middle of signing documents. They actually took an additional $500 off from msrp for military appreciation without me asking. I’ll be back here if I’m ever in the market for another Toyota. I wish I could name the employees who helped me specifically but my memory is terrible and again… I’m not a bot More
