My first contact with Toyota of Braintree was through the Internet with Bob Hadges who confirmed the Dealership does not up-charge their customers. After an uncomfortable experience with a competing Toyota D Internet with Bob Hadges who confirmed the Dealership does not up-charge their customers. After an uncomfortable experience with a competing Toyota Dealer we felt this was going to be the place to do business. When we arrived at Toyota of Braintree, we were greeted by William “Bill” Detellis with a great big smile. Bill went over our needs and wants in a new Toyota. Bill explained the differences in the types of RAV4 vehicles and with not pressuring us for the sale, we decided on a RAV4 Limited. On Monday May 2nd we picked up our 3rd Toyota and Bill went over everything to familiarize us with the new technologies installed. We are very excited and are looking forward to our “Road Trips” in the near future. We would like to thank Arthur (for his patience), along with Eric in helping getting this done. Bill, you Rock!!! Definitely will recommend friends and family to buy from you. More

Eric Francke & Sam Zaidan were so kind & patient with me! I purchased a new Prius & vacillated about the color! Can you imagine in this climate of limited availability! Sent them a request for a vehicle that I was seriously interested in buying. Have already been pre-qualified with my bank and have driven the make and model before and know it’s something I like. Being military I tend to buy cars from out of state a lot. Nothing new to me. I get a response from the sales manager that due to the shortage of inventory they will not sell a car to anyone that doesn’t live in mass. I have family In The area and frequently visit the area so picking it up wouldn’t have been an issue. This dealership needs to get there priorities straight. More

His knowledge and patience throughout the entire process really impressed us. He made everything easy from the beginning to the end. Emmanuel was considerate and understanding in the fact that I did not grasp all of the hi-tech devices in the car. He explained them in a simple and easy manner.
