Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Braintree. Joe Lawlor went out of his way to make sure I got the car and deal that I wanted. I was able to f I had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Braintree. Joe Lawlor went out of his way to make sure I got the car and deal that I wanted. I was able to find the make model and color I wanted. I was greeted by Joe right went I walked in and he was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Before I left with my new car, Joe helped me set up my blue tooth and made sure I knew how to use all the functions of my car. I would recommend this dealership and especially if you can work with Joe! More

But I have to state that I was disappointed to see that they only had one female sales associate amongst a very large team of male sales associates. The car that I purchased was supposed to be ready for pick-up and it wasn't. All they had to do was slap on a registration sticker and fill one tire with air. I waited quite a while to have this done. So I took it upon myself to tell the service department that I had a long drive home and needed my car now. They took care of it immediately. I shouldn't have had to do this. They had 3 days to get my car ready for pick-up. I traveled a long way to purchase this car. They shouldn't have made we wait when the car was supposed to be ready. So I can only give them 3 stars because of this. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars. More

Big Shout Out to Toyota of Braintree. You will not be disappointed if you go to this dealership! I was greeted (not attacked) by Emmanuel Hernandez. He listened to me and what i was looking for. He was very patient with me, and i appreciate that as I had not purchased a car in a really long time. I had a budget and a deadline. I found a car that I was interested in, changed my mind and then was looking at something else. He continued to assist me with class and compassion! I believe it was a saleman by the name of John Augustave that also assisted me along with Emmanuel looking at other cars. I didn't finalize anything looking because I had run out of sunlight. I contacted them early morning with my second choice I spoke with Mark McElroy, again was greeted and treated with respect and patience, gave me details on financing options and the process to obtaining my new car! Not many people can say that they actually spoke with the owner of a car dealership- Greg Tufankjian took the time to reach out to me making sure i had the experience and the car i wanted! Bob Keough and Tony DePina were very accommodating and didn't hesitate to assist with any questions or concerns we had. They made absolutely sure we were happy with our decision to purchase. The entire process was handled through them and the transition was very smooth. Sunny in the finance department was very thorough and made certain all documents were prepared accurately. Eric in the service department was very helpful in explaining the maintenance schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase of a Toyota vehicle. More

Good buying experience We were in desperate need of a new car after our 2001 Camry hit 170000 miles. It was still running but we didn't wish to take a chance with safety. We planned on visiting a few different dealers and Tufankgian was our 1st stop. We were aware of the hovering and high pressure sales pitch ....but...it didn't work out that way. A young polished ,professional accompanied us outside and was quite thorough regarding each request we inquired about. it was actually a pleasure working with him and making our final decision. There was no need to go elsewhere. we wanted to complete the sale with him and we were amazed how smoothly the transaction took place . We drove away in our new 2016 Toyota SUV and arrived home happy and stress free...Jordan was a courteous , well informed gentleman.....a class act and asset to your business. Eric Franke was also awesome in completing the transaction... The contract was explained in detail. He made it a point to be sure that we understood the details of the contract and answered our questions including those we hadn't thought of asking. His expertise proved to be quite remarkable as we brought this to his attention. We felt quite satisfied and thankful they were our team members . YES...we will return. Exactly what you would expect from a car dealership My wife and I have purchased 7 brand new cars and trucks from this place over the past 10 years. Not sure what counts as "regulars" in this business, My wife and I have purchased 7 brand new cars and trucks from this place over the past 10 years. Not sure what counts as "regulars" in this business, but I would think we are in ballpark. I purchased new Tundra on Tuesday night. Never test drove it (shame on me), and turned in a 2016 Limited. Wasn't happy with price, but moved on to just get it done. I was not (and am not) happy with the way the new truck rides, and told as much to salesman on Thursday (36 hours after purchasing). Finance guy called me on Friday and told me to bring truck in sooner rather than later, and mentioned Saturday. I brought it in Saturday afternoon with my 2 kids in tow and took new 2016 Limited for test drive (never even knew it was on lot). After test drive, they had me sit around the showroom for an hour plus, all the while taking new customers. And never getting back to me. Again: 7 vehicles we have purchased over past 10 years, and this is how they treat me. I left after an hour plus of being ignored, and am still waiting over 24 hours later for them to get back to me (or even acknowledge me). Do yourself a favor and visit the 5+ other toyota dealerships in the area. If this is how they treat me, how will they treat you? More
