I’ve spent over 15 years as a Service Advisor with Hyundai, dedicated to helping customers keep their vehicles running smoothly and ensuring they receive the best possible experience. When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me spending quality time with my family or enjoying the outdoors. I love off-road racing, heading out to the river, and camping whenever I get the chance. Music is always part of my day, and I never pass up a good game of basketball. While Eric Garcia was excellent, my car after the repair doesn't drive the same. The de-accelerator motor needed to be replaced. After the job was done, my car doesn't run the same. In 11 years of service with Hyundai I have never had any complaint. Hyundai of Palm Springs has always bent over backwards to assist my needs. When battery went dead, after jump by AAA they stayed open till complaint. Hyundai of Palm Springs has always bent over backwards to assist my needs.
