I’ve spent over 15 years as a Service Advisor with Hyundai, dedicated to helping customers keep their vehicles running smoothly and ensuring they receive the best possible experience. When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me spending quality time with my family or enjoying the outdoors. I love off-road racing, heading out to the river, and camping whenever I get the chance. Music is always part of my day, and I never pass up a good game of basketball. Service was fast, efficient, and straightforward. I dropped off my vehicle for a 5k mile service (oil change & tire rotation) at 10a and was told it would take about 2 to 3 hours. I ended up calling 3:30 and was told it wasn't ready yet. I asked for my car to be pulled because I needed to go out out town and it still took 20 minutes for my car to be pulled up after I called and drove to the dealership. I made an appointment because I had personal plans and it was unfortunate that I had to change my plans eventhough I made an appointment because the service I requested wasn't completed in a timely fashion. Very disappointing. More
