Hi Kelly,  We are very sorry to hear your level of frustration with the title for this vehicle. Please know it frustrates us as well.  We were very clear and upfront with you while you were at our dealership that there could be a timely delay with this title, due to a error on the lien release form. You agreed to wait for that specific vehicle even though we had 3 CX5’s in stock and the other 2 titles were ready to be executed. We talked several times by phone and I left several voicemails keeping you up-to-date with any information we had. We did speak to you the Monday after you came in, and did reiterate to you that you were not tied to the vehicle in any way shape or form and if you found another vehicle in the meantime, that was totally fine.  You did ask us if we could bring the vehicle to New Hampshire so you could get a temporary plate however, without having the completed title in hand that was not a possible option.   We do as a courtesy deliver vehicles within 15 miles of the dealership. If a customer would like it delivered further we are more than happy to get them a cost to do so.  Sales tax, your state is a non sales tax state and there's nothing to collect. Collection of sales tax only applies to States that do collect sales tax on vehicles IF the vehicle is not delivered to the customer at their residence.  As far as the vehicle still being listed for sale, vehicles are removed from our website once they are paid for and registered. Our inventory management software changes pricing weekly and or daily to keep up with market fluctuations whether its higher or lower.  Again, we absolutely apologize we could not sell you this specific vehicle in a timely fashion but some things are out of our control and we were honest and upfront at point of sale that there could be a timely delay. -Derek Gaultier

Tiffany, we went above and beyond with the service of your vehicle but not limited to brakes, axles, motor mounts, tires, alignment and more to try and fix your vibration over 65mph. We even brought you a free loaner car to Rhode Island to help with any inconvenience while we worked on your vehicle. We made it very clear if you were not happy with your vehicle we would purchase the vehicle back with no hesitation. We treat everyone with the same level of respect and there was no reason to yell any of our staff and more importantly earlier today make fun of they we speak and tell us you cannot understand us via phone. We all work very hard here behind the scenes to deliver a quality product and we try our best for everyone who walks through the door but in this case we will never ever win and we fully understand that.
