I put money down and told the guys I couldn’t pick up the car for two weeks as I was traveling No problem. No pressure. Just a pleasure to deal with. When I called to tell them I would pick it up, the registration, inspection, all paperwork was done. Great experience. See these guys first. More

WORTH THE 3/12 HOUR RIDE Our son found a truck at this dealership that he wanted. We called and negotiated the price, put a deposit down and a week later traveled from Maine, Our son found a truck at this dealership that he wanted. We called and negotiated the price, put a deposit down and a week later traveled from Maine, 3 1/2 hours, to pick it up. When we arrived at the dealership the truck was spotlessly clean and ready for us to test drive. Eric had the paperwork completed and ready for us to sign. Part of the agreement was that they would change the dash cluster, which they did. We were almost home when the dash cluster stopped working. We called the dealership, told them the situation and the following day Derek drove up from Massachusettes in a very bad snowstorm to fix the dash cluster. We are very pleased and impressed with the service that we received from Eric and Derek. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Eric was extreamly friendly and eased all the anxiety of buying a car. They have a policy to take home a purchased car to check for any issues. Eric took it home and felt the front tires were too worn and replaced both of them and the brakes for no extra charge. The whole office was delightful and very efficent. Accommodating and Friendly! I was looking for a Jeep Patriot for my wife, and they had a few to choose from. The one we went to look at didn't fit my wife's needs for an adjusta I was looking for a Jeep Patriot for my wife, and they had a few to choose from. The one we went to look at didn't fit my wife's needs for an adjustable driver's seat. Eric told me that a couple of Patriots just came in that were not in inventory yet and had not been serviced. One of them was a Patriot Latitude which had the adjustable driver's seat. The price, mileage and color all met our criteria. Even though it did not go through service yet it already had 4 new tires installed. The purchase, trade and paperwork all went smoothly. A couple of days later we picked up our fully serviced Patriot. Eric and Lisa were very relaxed, friendly and accommodating! There was no pressure at any point in our purchase experience. Thank you!
