This is the third car I have bought from Halleen Kia! This is the third car we have bought from Halleen Kia. (And we still have the first one which is a 2009 and pushing $150K miles!). We actually come from out of state where we have a Kia dealership five minutes from our house, but we choose to drive nearly four hours to get the excellent service Halleen provides. Our sales consultant, Brandon Bowen, was courteous, knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision. Once we made our decision, the financing and delivery process was quick and smooth. Brandon also insisted on showing us all the cool features of our new vehicle. We will definitely request that Brandon assist us with our next purchase and there is no doubt we will be coming to Halleen again! More

Horrible Customer Service My salesman couldn’t have cared less to contact me after the sale was completed. My check engine light came on the next time and it took 2 weeks to fi My salesman couldn’t have cared less to contact me after the sale was completed. My check engine light came on the next time and it took 2 weeks to figure out. I had to call in and find out where my car was and when it was going to be done. No communication whatsoever. They promised gas cards or reimbursed gas for the non hybrid loaner they gave me, never saw that. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t buy from them again. The internet sales team Lori was great. In store. Not so much. Service manager was the only one who gave me an update once. More
