They Make It Easy To Purchase A Car I hate to buy cars. Always a hassle to deal with a gaggle of salesmen lurking about trying to talk you into a purchase you really don't want. Thank goodness, the folks at Donohoo Auto are not like that. No pressure. No hassle. I selected the cars I was interested in online and was contacted to confirm an appointment. Upon arrival the vehicles I selected had been pulled up front and waiting for me to test drive. No pressure. Just "drive them and let me know if you have any questions". Mark Hubbard answered all my questions and when I was ready to purchase, stepped me through the process. This team has their act together and I'll definitely purchase from them again. More

The selection was plentiful and priced fairly. Flying in from the U.S. Virgin Islands, I needed to select a dealership that afforded me some choices to make my selection. Their customer service was exceptional from the point of greeting me at the hotel, through to the shipment of my new car. More

Great Experience This is the first time I have bought a car from Donohoo and the customer service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We ended up buying the car and Trey and Chris were amazing! Trey helped us shop around and compare 2 vehicles we were looking at and Chris had our finance paperwork so fast we didn't have to wait hardly at all! Both Trey and Kathryn kept me informed on how long it would be and even gave us a car to borrow to go have lunch while we waited for our car to be cleaned and detailed. I hope to have this car for many years, but when it's time for a new one, I'll be back! More

No stress shopping I have to give 5 stars. We walked in told them which car we wanted to see. They pulled the car up for us to test drive. We drove it liked it and we bo I have to give 5 stars. We walked in told them which car we wanted to see. They pulled the car up for us to test drive. We drove it liked it and we bought it. The whole process took about a hour. It was great. They didn't follow you around or try to pressure you into anything. They are nice people in a relaxed but professional atmosphere. I will be returning for a second vehicle. More
