Great customer service ! I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. Had seen the truck I was interested in online and went up on a Friday evening and took a test dri I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. Had seen the truck I was interested in online and went up on a Friday evening and took a test drive. I was pre-approved through my credit union for the loan and advised Eric Jones and Trey Anger I wanted the vehicle. I wasn't prepared to take posession right then so Eric said he would just hold everything for me until the first of the week. When I called him back on Monday and told him it would be later in the week before I could make it back to pick the truck up. He got with Becky and they made arrangements and had it delivered to me at my home the next day. Nothing but good to say about Eric, Trey, and Becky. 5 stars across the board. Thanks y'all !! More

I love the car and would not hesitate to deal with Donohoo in the future or gladly make a referral to them. Love the no hassle attitude of the purchase and small repairs!! Marc, Jimmy, Mo, Eric, Lydia, Tina and front desk personnel were all friendly, excellent to work with and very professional. Nice work everyone!! More

If you decide to think about it for a few days, they encourage that and act the same when you return. It was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had! The attention to detail after you've bought the car is excellent. They have several tech experts who can show you exactly how to use everything on your new car. They have it down to a science and are fast and efficient in the completion of the deal. This is our second car from Donohoo and we will DEFINITELY be back! More
