Regarding the seat and steering wheel position, our technicians may adjust these briefly during service in order to safely move and inspect the vehicle. They are not intentionally left altered, and we apologize if they were not returned exactly to your preferred settings. In reference to the visor request, certain components cannot legally be removed or modified due to federal safety regulations. It appears we could have communicated that more clearly, and we apologize for any confusion or frustration that may have caused. As for transportation, we do operate within a general mileage guideline for our courtesy shuttle. While we occasionally make exceptions, extending beyond our normal radius can tie up our driver and unintentionally delay other customers who are waiting for transportation. That said, we are sorry we were not able to accommodate your request that day and understand how inconvenient that must have been. Regarding the paper floor mats, protective mats are placed in vehicles during service to help keep the interior clean. They are removed when the vehicle is pulled around for customer pickup, which is why they may not have been visible at delivery. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
