We missed some incentives on the PHEV from the state of Vermont that would have been very helpful to know of during the process, such as the Vermont State credit as well as the 10 year replace your ride incentive that could have been done during the time of the lease. I gave Ali a call the day after our car was heavily damaged in an accident. He responded immediately to our inquiry about replacing our car if in fact it was deemed a total loss. Next we knew we’d want to test one out, so we set up an appointment at Handy Toyota in xx. Albans and met with Josh to try a few different models. A couple test drives later we were signing the papers to walk away with a lightly used Highlander Hybrid that fell right within our budget. Josh handed us off to Eric for financing and the process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We’re 2 weeks in and we absolutely love this thing!
