Had a great interaction with the Handy Toyota team. They were very responsive to my questions and willing to work through the process. We missed some incentives on the PHEV from the state of Vermont that would have been very helpful to know of during the process, such as the Vermont State credit as well as the 10 year replace your ride incentive that could have been done during the time of the lease.
