I was lucky enough to have 2 sales people help me. First up was Eric the internet salesman. From the start of the conversation I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands. When I arrived Eric was with another customer and kept apologizing to me for not being available. I had a 2 hour drive to the dealership I didn't expect him to sit and wait for me to get there. Besides He already had someone else lined up to help me as soon as I arrived. He introduced me to Julie. What a sweet lady she was to me. She was also very knowledgeable as well as a good listener. If there was something she wasn't sure about. She would tell me. Then right away would get the answer for me. The manager Brian also came in to answer questions that I had. The finance person Scott was very efficient and friendly as well. It was a joy to do business with this dealership. This group of people made me feel like we had known each other for years. We laughed and picked on each other. It was amazing. I will be excited when the first oil change comes around to go and see them all again. I have been to many dealerships in my 60 yrs. Never have I felt more like I was buying from a friend I could trust. THANK YOU SIERRA TOYOTA. P.S I Love my truck. More

I have a sense of humor and it's nice that the staff can laugh along and giggle, instead of looking at me like I need to b well for my husband and I. I purchased a new Tundra from Sierra Toyota and drove nearly 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Julie and Eric communicated with me politely and proactively for months leading up to the point where a Tundr nearly 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Julie and Eric communicated with me politely and proactively for months leading up to the point where a Tundra was available, and answered all my questions. When someone backed out of an allocation, I received a call within minutes and was able to place a refundable deposit on the Tundra. Pricing was extremely transparent and listed at MSRP, with absolutely no dealer add-ons or hidden adjustments. We were able to speak openly about the best option for my current vehicle (trade-in vs. sale), and again, there was no game-playing or deception. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, the dealership experience was amazing. Julie was extremely polite and helpful and worked quickly to get paperwork started. We chose not to purchase gap insurance or an extended warranty, and our decision was respected without unwarranted questions or sales tactics (which was extremely refreshing). Last, the paperwork with Scott took maybe 10 minutes to complete. Again, no hard-pressed sales tactics or up-selling - the whole experience was respectful dialogue between a seller and purchaser. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Even though Sierra Toyota is ~2 hours away, I will absolutely speak with them when it’s time to purchase a new vehicle. More
