I want to start by saying this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I called every dealer in Arizona looking for a specific combination of color, trim package, and features. Every other deale experience I’ve ever had. I called every dealer in Arizona looking for a specific combination of color, trim package, and features. Every other dealer tried to pressure me into buying something else that they had in stock and told me there was no way I would get what I wanted. Not here! I talked with Julie Ramirez and not only did she tell me she could order what I wanted, but she didn’t try to pressure me into getting something else. From the first day I called her to the day I left with my dream vehicle, I felt valued and cared for as a customer. I was a little unsure about driving 3 hours from Phoenix just to pick up a vehicle, but this is one of the few dealers that are NOT doing dealer markups on their vehicles. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. I HIGHLY recommend Sierra Toyota and Julie and Eric as salespeople. More
