Before I left I wanted to secure a 4Runner because we moved to a bit of land in the desert near Oro Valley. Precision was the closest dealer but their reviews were sketchy. The next convenient blip on my computer screen was Sierra. I filled out my online request and soon heard from Eric Morales on a counter offer which I accepted. From that moment forward he guided us (read walked us) through the entire purchasing and car collection process. I missed our pick up appointment because Sierra is not in Oro Valley as it appeared on my computer, it is 100 miles from our house! Keeping in mind all this time line is through the Covid - 19 pandemic. We drove out to Sierra Vista and met Eric and a financial associate and picked up our wonderful 4Runner. Eric first impressed me with his easy conversational style and forthright approach. it was very evident that he was a man of good character and would manage our budding relationship with Sierra. We all did have a fine laugh (at my expense) about Sierra's location but Eric offered transportation to a beautiful golf course that my brother and I can play when we bring the 4Runner for service. I left a 19 year old Mercedes 500 for a perfect new ride and have well founded expectations for my new vehicle and the good team at Sierra that will be servicing me. Eric Morales is a no BS sales rep and the dealership had no unnecessary and costly add ons. He also has a great sense of humour which works well in these unknown times. Our car had to be ordered from the factory in Japan, and arrived on time exactly as ordered.
