I can not give a stronger recommendation if looking to purchase a Honda. Kay Honda is professional and friendly. Eric was informed and enthusiastic about the vehicle I was interested in. At first I was interested in the crv hybrid. So we test drove it. I loved it. But I wanted to sleep on it. The next day I wanted to compare it to a regular crv. So off we went again. Both vehicles were excellent and both test drives were awesome. Each road trip was filled with information and great conversations with Eric. Ultimately I decided on the a crv-exl. The negotiations were painless and I felt the price was very fair. I also traded in a 2022 Nissan pathfinder which was very easy. Next I went to the finance department where I met Devin McQuade. Devin could not be more pleasant and professional. Got me a rate as low as he could find and the purchase was made. Since I have made my purchase(approx 1 month ago) I have received calls and texts from both Eric and Devin making sure I was happy with my new vehicle. Anybody looking for a new Honda should not go anywhere but to DCH Kay Honda. Everyone is extremely helpful, happy, friendly and local folks. It was important for us as a family to support a local dealership. For 20 plus years we have been back to Kay and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend DCH Kay Honda and especially recommend Eric Morgenstern and Devin McQuade be your purchasing team. More
