For the most part, my experience at Phillips Chevrolet was positive. The salesman, Eric Pickett, was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and presented a variety of options, before I settled on the Blazer. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase at Phillips Chevrolet. The flipside of that is the fact that the engine light came on less than a week after my purchase. I received a message via text, email, and the app that the emissions system needs to be serviced. This is a brand new vehicle that I purchased off the showroom floor. How could there be an issue this soon? Naturally, I'm upset and concerned. I know that some vehicles are just lemons, and I definitely don't want to be straddled with one that's gonna continuously be giving me problems, especially at the cost I'm paying. I made a service appointmant for January 2nd and will hope for the best. For now, I will tentatively recommend this dealership. More
