Really nice people, all six of the different people I had to deal with. The low rating is based on multiple failures on execution. Original contact, failure to respond, in writing. Sales documentation, filled out all the requested documents , go to Mexico and the sale could not go through because you never provided the notary, you required, not in writing. All equipment was requested in writing, was not provided, took days to get it done. Price increased. When I was told the car was ready for pickup, went to dealership; car was not ready did not even had a license plate. The license plate was lost and the information I was given needed to be changed. Had to change my information with my security and will not have access for three days, weekend office closed. This was not the Lexus experience I have come to expect, we have multiple Lexus’s. More

I was going to not recommend this dealership at the present time, however, I’m sure when all the construction is done it will be very nice, but If I knew the entire dealership was under construction I present time, however, I’m sure when all the construction is done it will be very nice, but If I knew the entire dealership was under construction I would have looked elsewhere. No showroom, limited new cars and no privacy when meeting with salesperson. Very noisy with construction noise. Fortunately they happened to have what I was looking for. Lexus Of Sarasota has a great selection of pre owned certified Lexus. Ana Lima was our salesperson, (she was enthusiastically referred to us from a family member). She was very knowledgeable about the v certified Lexus. Ana Lima was our salesperson, (she was enthusiastically referred to us from a family member). She was very knowledgeable about the various Lexus models and was patient with me, a first time Lexus shopper. The day we went to shop, we had an appointment with her and she was on time and ready to show us around and test drive. We selected our car and Ana helped to negotiate a fair price for our trade in and then onto financing. As we all know, buying a car is never a quick transaction but LOS made it as painless as possible. When the car was prepped and brought around, we were then escorted to the car by the person who sets up your electronics (pairs and adds the Lexus app to your phone). He was quite helpful and patient. I would shop at Lexus Of Sarasota again and would certainly recommend Ana Lima to anybody looking to buy a car from that dealership. More
