I called Eric, and then found out the store had closed, but he called me back within 5 minutes.. He set me up in the service department the next day, and they are replacing the screen as I write this. They are also re-checking everything on the "Certified" list of checkpoints... More

Get the customer in and then ignore them. I realize this is somewhat after the fact; but, when I was looking for a Jeep I found one that looked very promising on this website. The appointment I realize this is somewhat after the fact; but, when I was looking for a Jeep I found one that looked very promising on this website. The appointment was made and all was moving well. I met with Eric Ruchala who at the time of the initial appointment was extremely helpful. It wasn't until I had some questions and concerns after leaving the dealership that he neglected to return phone calls. The issue in question was that the vehicle was supposed to have a trial of Sirius XM Radio. I purchased the Jeep, a 2011 Grand Cherokee with the Overland package, and have yet to have this feature. I have even purchased a new antenna for the vehicle without any luck. They sent out the vehicle without the key to the locking lug nuts on the wheels. I called and left a voice mail to see if they were going to be open on Martin Luther King Day and received no response. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again nor will i EVER refer any friend or family member here. More

They got me in a nice car The dealership was great. And Eric Ruchala really worked to get me in a car. I needed a hose patched up and rotors rotated after purchasing.
