He is clearly very knowledgeable about Mercedes and the upcoming new models. He knew what was different from the previous vs. new models. Other salespeople I went to had no idea what I was talking about when I told them about the new models coming up and what differences were with packages and the styling. They just went along with what I was saying, and I could tell they just wanted to sell me a car. When the new model for C43 came up, I could hardly contain my excitement. I wasn't able to share my excitement until I met Eric! His passion for Mercedes Benz showed when I told him about the new packages upcoming in the new models, and he added on to what else was new. I highly recommend him if you are buying a car. He made the car buying process a fun experience without making me anxious, and he has a very professional personality. He was also transparent throughout the process, and I could tell he was not hiding anything from me. I'm not sure about the service repairs here, but for sales, ask for Eric Scott, and you will not regret it. You'll know what I mean when you meet him. Thank you Eric! More

One suggestion I would have for Euro motors would be if they can be more attentive when they change the service employee’s and wished Euro would notify me when this happens so that I may know who the new point of contact is. The staff and the culture of buying a car is the best of the best. So many wonderful people to thank this time around. I literally just left Euro's parking lot in a brand new E43 AMG, I traded my S550 in for this car. First, Eric Scott, who has been my go-to new salesperson for years, yet again hit it out of the park for me. We all know how tough the car buying process is. Eric takes customer service to another level. If you are looking to be treated with respect and not play the game of back and forth, look no further than Eric. His knowledge of Mercedes Benz is second to none. He's the best. I have also been blessed for many years to deal with the best ever Finance Manager, Todd Patykewich.
