They have a top-notch customer service and sales team. The whole entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They deliver what they promised hassle free. I would definitely recommend everyone to this dealership. I would definitely be back for future purchases. I’m very conservative when it comes to rating a business but this dealership deserves the five stars I gave them. More

We have purchased three cars at Kelly Nissan and I have to say Eric has made each purchase a breeze. He listened to what we were looking for (as well as the price range we needed to be in for monthly payme to say Eric has made each purchase a breeze. This was our second car purchase at Kelly Nissan 33. We returned specifically because of the positive experience we had initially. We never paid much attention to Nissans but our neighbors encouraged us to check Kelly out. Our salesman, Eric, was attentive, relaxed, responsive and informative without any pressure. He addressed all our inquiries with valuable, knowledgeable, and honest responses. He even called us when a car was traded in that he thought was ideal for us. The dealership doesn’t pull any of those bate and switch pricing games that other dealerships revel in. We’re pleased with our two Nissans and Kelly will be our first (and probably only) stop the next time we’re in the market for a vehicle. More

This is the second car I have bought from Eric he is great and takes care of the whole process for us. The service department is great also they are always there to help me as I need someone to get my w great and takes care of the whole process for us.
