Fort's Toyota of Pekin goes above and beyond for customers. I have purchased several vehicles from Fort's and each time the sales team was honest and fair. They provided a fair asking price. The sales team was very knowledgeable about their products (and competing products). They provided educational instruction on all aspects of the vehicle once it was delivered. I give Richard Hurley a 5 star rating The service team is outstanding. Most of the service times have been routine maintenance and I waited for the car to be done. Other times requiring longer service time, they have been accommodating in getting the vehicle to their shop for service, either pick up and delivery, car loaner for the day or transporting me home and picking me up. My vehicles have been serviced in the time frame expected, done correctly the first time and at the stated price. Every service advisor I've worked with has been very friendly. More
