I knew up front my leasing experience at Wellesley VW was going to be complicated as I'm permanently disabled with complete loss of sensation in my legs and feet. This meant that adaptive assistive equipment would have to be installed in my ID.4 before I would even be able to drive it, and with a third party installing the hand controls for braking and acceleration I was concerned that this would all come together. But Jens Albrecht took on the challenge, calmed my nerves, and put together an incredible plan. Jens was respectful, forthright, incredibly knowledgeable about my situation, and everything came together down to transferring my HP license plates. He was thorough in his explanation of the lease, and while we waited for the appointment for the driving controls installation, he invested an enormous amount of his time driving the car to make sure I understood all of the controls in real time. Even in post-lease signing, Jens has maintained regular communication with me. I'm so grateful for Jens' commitment to me. More

By far the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. I visited on a Sunday the dealership was open for Presidents’ Day, although they are typically not open Sundays the entire staff was friendly an had. When I got to the dealership Eric was finishing with another customer so Tim helped set me up and made sure I was taken care of. Eric was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and set me up with test drives in the Taos and Tiguan. Tim pulled the cars around front for me and had them warm and ready to test drive while Eric went over the features. Eric didn’t sway me on one car or another just told me the facts. When it came time to work through the price he was transparent and explained all the trim levels and packages. I ended up with a Tiguan and it has been great since I brought it home. Eric even called to check in on how the car was a few days later. The customer service can’t be beat at Wellesley VW! Thanks Eric and Tim for making this an easy process! More
