When I left in the loaner, I didn’t notice a tiny chip in the passenger side windshield. A week later, when I went to drive the car, the chip expanded to a long crack. I immediately drove the car back to show the crack. Eric was off and I was told to continue to drive the car When I returned it a week later, Sal (the manager, who I never met) had $250 charged to my credit card. I didn’t authorize it and I was not told it had been done. Not cool !! More
