First time visiting Honda of Freehold because it's closer to home. Waited at the dealership from 11:30AM to 3:15pm to have 4 tires mount, balanced, & 4 wheel alignment. The better solution would have been to to home. Waited at the dealership from 11:30AM to 3:15pm to have 4 tires mount, balanced, & 4 wheel alignment. The better solution would have been to offer a loaner to go home or something. This is not they way a business should be run. More

I was sent a coupon for a $35 oil change and was charged $67. They toll me that I did not read the extra fine print. I ask my self why would HONDA send me this coupon knowing that I have a Honda Pick Up. T $67. They toll me that I did not read the extra fine print. This is the second time that I had a bad experience with Eric. On 3/5/21 morning I called to make an appointment for a new front tire on my 2020 Honda Accord. He insisted that I must call parts first to s Eric. On 3/5/21 morning I called to make an appointment for a new front tire on my 2020 Honda Accord. He insisted that I must call parts first to see if the tier is available, I asked him to check for me. I explained to him that I am not buying tier, rather looking for an appointment to get it mounted. I had to tell him that his forcing me to look for service somewhere else. Just then he agreed. First, he had difficulties locating my records by phone or by name. When I came in around noon no one came to see, but once they did, Eric came over and had a 5-10 min conversation with him while I was being ignored. Jake as always was nice and professional. I asked the receptionist to talk to the service manager. He was out. She said that she will ask the assistance, but no one came to the waiting area to talk with me. More

Service is always done well however the dealership tends to be higher priced then a third party mechanic. Also, never being able to speak directly to a mechanic is disappointing. It is tough to rate my ex to be higher priced then a third party mechanic. Also, never being able to speak directly to a mechanic is disappointing.
