We are sorry to learn of your disappointment with the repairs from April with your 2011 XC90. As I am sure you are aware we did try to save you some money, with your input, to use recycled parts. As per the nature of used parts the weight sensor sent was defective. Since we had no other options, we had to order new parts for the repair. This did delay the time for completion and also added to the expense. We still wash and vacuum all of our service vehicles, I apologize if yours was missed. Thank you for your time this morning to review this repair.As we stated,the coils were not damaged and did not require repair.We did replace 2 Volvo pin connectors,spliced and sealed with shrink wrap connectors.The repairs were performed by an expert level Volvo technician using approved methods.From the picture you sent it appears the mice may have returned and left more remnants. Sorry you feel the repairs were not adequate but we can assure you they are proper.
