We have been going to secor for many years, never had issue, however, this last repair was a huge disappointment! It took 4 weeks and $4200!!!!! Not happy! Not friendly as it was in the past! More impor issue, however, this last repair was a huge disappointment! It took 4 weeks and $4200!!!!! Not happy! Not friendly as it was in the past! More importantly, there was difficulty in finding a part to fix air bag malfunction, if a dealership as Secor works on Volvo can’t complete repair in a timely manner on my wallet was a joke!! I had to pay for a rental beyond their one week for payment!! The day I picked up my Volvo, and I find the messages of airbag needs service??!! I was so livid!!!! Not Happy!!!!! Also, They usually as a courtesy, wash and vacuum your car…Not done and never going back unless they can treat me as a faithful customer! More

When my 3 week old XC90 with 600 miles on it left us stranded on the side of the road, Secor was great. Volvo roadside assistance could have done better (2+ hours wait for a tow), but Secor really went stranded on the side of the road, Secor was great. Volvo roadside assistance could have done better (2+ hours wait for a tow), but Secor really went above and beyond - offering to bring a loaner car to me despite it being late in the evening. They turned the car around in a week, fully detailed it again, and even did door to door service. Great job Eric and Steve at Secor. More

Excellent service and communication! I was traveling from out of state for my son's Dr appointment at Yale and needed major servicing and repairs on my Volvo XC-90. The service department worked hard to mak out of state for my son's Dr appointment at Yale and needed major servicing and repairs on my Volvo XC-90. The service department worked hard to make a diagnosis and fix my problem. They also provided a rental car, and communicated clearly and frankly. Julie yielded my initial phone call and worked to get us in and secure a rental so we could still travel to his appointments. Both the service manager and tech introduced themselves and talked about the problem with me. Thank you for excellent service! More

Eric Weiss made the appointment for me for the recall on the seat belt, my reappearing battery charge message and that I had checked the oil and it may have needed an addition and the wait was minimal and J the seat belt, my reappearing battery charge message and that I had checked the oil and it may have needed an addition and the wait was minimal and Julie said they reset the battery and it was at a 100% charge, added a quart of oil and I was all set. John in the body shop helped me by looking at my bumper with paint missing and said it was rubber and better off doing nothing so I was done at that point and had spent almost nothing. Also asked Steve in Sales about racks for the car to carry my canoe which he showed me and explained. They can be ordered from the Parts Department and Julie provided the VIN number and Chris took it from there and provided a spec sheet, part number and price. It was one stop shopping. Very easy! My new XC40 was towed with less than 400 miles on it as it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for the service they had NOT replaced coils, had not done anything other than shoddily taping the wires with electrical tape and left the are a mess with mouse debris. I will never take my car to them again. More
