Eric Weiss is an outstanding Service Manager. After having been to two non-Volvo dealerships in my hometown of Westerly, RI regarding an issue with multiple warning signals flashing, I was told by both having been to two non-Volvo dealerships in my hometown of Westerly, RI regarding an issue with multiple warning signals flashing, I was told by both that they couldn't find the problem. I am meticulous about keeping my car serviced. I went to Secor, and Eric and his team found the problem immediately (ABS service), but in the process discovered that I had no oil in my vehicle which caused engine damage, despite the fact that I wasn't scheduled for an oil change for another 2,000 miles Needless to say, my anxiety level increased tremendously not knowing how much this all was going to cost. Eric could not have been more understanding and helpful, and went above and beyond by contacting Volvo, having me email him all of my service records, and sending them to Volvo during a holiday week period no less. He was able to have Volvo send a new engine after discovering it was still under warranty due to its age and my service records. He kept the lines of communication open and could not have been more customer service oriented. As a result, I will be bringing my car to New London for future servicing. I would rate a 6th star if I could just for the level of dedication and understanding of Eric Weiss. Outstanding. More

The Secor Volvo service department was able to take care of a warranty repair in 24 hours without a prior appointment. I am grateful they were able to accomodate me on short notice especially since I purch of a warranty repair in 24 hours without a prior appointment. I assume the seat belt recall repair and 30,000 mile routine service was completed to satisfaction (difficult to know because the car was running fine) and I appreciated that they washed it. My only com routine service was completed to satisfaction (difficult to know because the car was running fine) and I appreciated that they washed it. My only complaint - they estimated the service would be completed in an hour and a half. The car wasn't ready until more than 4 hours later! More
