Good, informative, low-key dealer and salesman Called about new cx-3 listed on website. Talked with salesman and set up time for test drive. Salesman had car ready when we arrived and came along Called about new cx-3 listed on website. Talked with salesman and set up time for test drive. Salesman had car ready when we arrived and came along on test ride. All along the way, he offered helpful info about car. Once back at dealership, we started the price negotiation. Surprisingly, it went quickly and rather smoothly. Our initial difference in price was quickly resolved. When salesman left to process paperwork, the sales manager came by.and proved to be as nice as our salesman. Picked my new cx-3 the next day. Great experience over all! More

No pressure, know their cars I felt like they listened to what i did and did not want in a car and got a car perfect for me! It is a preowned in perfect condition! Is it ever just a test drive? I went into the dealership for a test drive and 4+ hours later, I drove off in my 2019 CX-5. Great guys on that sales floor - very engaging and genuin I went into the dealership for a test drive and 4+ hours later, I drove off in my 2019 CX-5. Great guys on that sales floor - very engaging and genuine. They believe in their product and it shows. I like the camaraderie displayed between them too. A little feedback about online inquiries: please let one, max two salespeople respond. I had messages from four guys. It was totally unnecessary. Also, when the paperwork is being drawn up and signed and the car is going through the final recon, could it be possible for the salesperson to hang out with the client OR assign someone to the client to clean out their car or the like? I was left hanging for longer than I should have and felt a bit letdown after such a great experience. #Mike One more thing: Jay may be the nicest finance manager I have ever dealt with. Do not care about their customers On Werner Mazda’s website it states, “We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer leaves our dealership On Werner Mazda’s website it states, “We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer leaves our dealership with an exceptional shopping experience.” My son was taking our car in for routine service and replacement of a taillight bulb when he was struck by a semi trailer with the Mazda logo on it while at a standstill trying to turn into the service garage. No one checked on my son, the customer’s, condition. Rather, the Mazda employee made sure to check on the driver of the semi. The first thing that the dealership manager who bears the name of the company said is, “It’s an independent trucking company. It’s not our fault.” When a phone call was requested to talk to the manager upon completion of the service, I was told I would receive a call the next day. 3 days later and still no phone call. Extremely poor customer service. Certainly not “the exceptional shopping experience.” I plan to never go back to this dealership. More
